So, today i got an email from the university of manchester saying that i have an offer from the school.

For a moment i thought it was a joke, but clearly it wasn't.

Mom&Dad were thrilled. Everyone was happy for me.

Hi :)

February was one heck of an adventure. I experienced blizzard snow & flood all in a month, whew. Let's hope that March'll bring better days yeah?

Life's been really.. different lately. Different in a good way though. I think :\ Not too sure how to describe it but just different. I feel different, I look different, and I'm not really looking forward to be back home anymore. Guess I just got used to this empty feeling. But anyhoos, I'm really digging this whole freedom thing! Well partly because i can do anything & everything i want without anyone knowing :) Maybe cause i was too 'obedient' back home, so i just feel like letting go here. Hmm.

Things just keep revolving around me. So much going on i can hardly catch my breath. I know i should be happy knowing that he is. I know i should appreciate everything that's been given to me. I know i should be grateful for being terribly blessed. I know, i know. sigh

Next up, I gotta say..exams in winter is really a pain in the butt! We have to arrive at college like 45 mins before the paper cause they have to check our coats, gloves, bags & pencil cases before we go into the hall. And there's even a cloak room prepared for us, so we're not allowed to bring in our jackets/vest/coats whatsoever. Imagine 400+ students with only one cloak room. And it's only the size of a smksu classroom. How to fit la?

I want a boy who will kiss my forehead and look me in the eye and tell me that he's been waiting forever for this moment. But.. i don't want to have to tell you what to do. I'm hopelessly romantic. But with you, i surrender. I'm finding it hard to say goodbye, on skype....

Bro's wedding @ Sunway Resort Hotel Grand Ballroom on the 13th of Dec. It was a blast! Despite all the hard work and sleepless nights, everyone managed to cover those super dark eyebags with loads and loads of make-up. Congrats bro! :) Never thought I'd see you get married at such a young age. You've always been there for me in times of despair. I miss those moments where we would just fight over silly things when we were young. Somehow, in a strange way.. You always seem to give the best advice on boy issues. Though we have a seven year gap, i still feel like i can talk to you just about anything in the world. She's one lucky girl. I wish you health, wealth and lots of luv. At times, i get kindof upset because mom&dad always brag about you only. Like i never existed. But you should know that deep down inside i'm really proud of you. I remember you told me that you just felt like giving up when you were in University of Sheffield. I'm glad you managed to pull through. I can't describe the look on mom&dad's face when you told them that you got into Imperial College in London. We had a massive celebration although you weren't here. And i would always pretend to play cool whenever you got back from Manchester. Truth is, i can't wait for you to be back again kor. I know that we don't express our feelings much but we have an unspoken bond that i treasure so much. And hey, look at where you are now! An aeronautical engineer doing his PhD in University of Manchester on a full scholarship! Married too! Now that i'm moving to Cambridge, i hope we can spend more time together and catch up on all those lost memories. Gosh, time passes in a blink of an eye. 10 years had come and gone. We're all grown up. Mom&dad are getting old. Know that you're the best brother anyone can ever have in the whole wide world! Your achievements has made mom&dad super proud. I'm back:) Went to Bangkok on the 5th,6th & 7th. Shopped like crazy. My legs are literally numb right now. Gosh. So tiring. But it was supa fun. Spent about 800. Ringgit ! Geee. I'm officially broke. Had a really weird encounter in the airport. There was this lady, well, more like woman. Quite old i assume? In her late 30's. So yupp. She was holding on to some teddy bear that looks like a freaking voodoo. She was stroking the teddy bear's fur and talking to it. Omg man. Daamn eerie! She was with this guy, quite old like grandpa, but the air-stewardess said it's her husband. He was also talking to the teddy. Wtf... There was no pins on the teddy but i think there's a small tiny pouch in the teddy's outfit. Yer, my gosh. Damn creepy. And she sat first class with us. I was freaking out the whole way. Must be mentally ill or something. Gosh, don't wanna think about it ! Brrr.

Anyhoos, back to the awesome trip. Posted loads of pictures. Sis-in-law & I manage to go to SeaWorld in Siam Paragon. Ticket was pretty pricey but it was worth it! We went to Siam Centre, Siam Paragon, Mabroonkong (MBK), and Central World. Thailand damn alot of pretty girls man. Even in the train station there's soo many lenglui. Heh. Even those aqua also so pretty wth. Ok, I gotta warn you, it's a looooong post ahead. So enjoy :)

Spent the whole day with my in-laws yesterday. Had loadsa fun! :D Watched Orphan in GSC Signature Gardens. Gold class babyy! Seat was awesome. But it was preeeeetty pricey. Okay, scratched that. It's freaking expensive. 60 bucks per seat. Goshhh. Four of us went so 240. Gee! But it was all worthit. Hehehee.. The seat was declinable. Free drinks. And you can even order food. Like spaghetti or nasi lemak. The movie was actually really good. Esther seemed really scary. She's a hell of a good actress for a kid. Daaamn, she was crazy azz hell in the movie. There were no one else in the cinema except us. We had the whole theatre to ourselves! Anyhoo, picture time.

My dad officially bought a brand new mercedesbenz. Hurray! Went for test drive in Hap Seng, Kl today. It was spectacular. Korkor coming back this Sunday,awesome can't wait :D Went shopping in Pyramid with mommy today. Bought quite alot of stufffff. 3 trenchie, loads of winter clothes, a bunch of socks (lol), and some pretty dresses. Watched muvee with the usual peeps after that. The weather is crazy nowadays. Gosh. Please take good care of yourselves people. Especially you hun :) I still have exams after the hols, gah! So fuhreakin' lazy to study. No thumbs-up for me but anyhoo, life is good right now. And God is great..all the time :)

Finally got some spare time to blog :) So..life's pretty hectic for me lately. Lots of work to do, deadline to meet, homework to keep up, chores to do, calls to make, exam to study. Gah! So we had addmaths paper today. On a saturday .__. Paper 1 was okay, so-so. Paper 2 was damn friggin' hard omg. It killed me. Damn screwed la this time.

So, let's start off with last week. Went to Apiit College aka Ucti in Puchong. Loads people went. Bus was full. It was pretty fun despite the journey to get to the top floor. Omg.. We had to climb up about 7 or 8 flights of stairs. Gosh! We had BM & Mathematics seminar there. Students from other school went too. Then we had free lunch. Wanted to yumcha after that but some people couldn't make it so blah,blah. Dad was late. Waited at the bridge. Had a nice talk with HonSang :)

Last Thursday mom had party at home. With all the aunties. So after school dad treated me to a delicious japanese meal! After that went to his office in Glenmarie to study.

Today after school, had lunch with XinRou, June, Jacob and Alien. Hahaha. Waited quite long for the panmee but it was all worthit :D Meanwhile we were talking about ghost stories. Haha, it gave me the chills. But some was quite funny actually lol.

First off, happy 17th birthday ELAINE GOH XIN ROU :) May all your wishes come true. You stood by me through thick and thin. We've known each other since kindergarten! I treasure every moment spent with you. You truly are, my bestest friend ever :) I think you prolly know me better than i know myself! Hahaha. We never really spoken in primary school before. Only got closer in secondary. We were in the same class, 1/2/3 Alpha, which also happens to be our kindergarten school name. Lol! Then i got to sit with you during form 3. We laughed, giggled, shopping, ate, sang, rapped (lol), and gossiped almost everyday. I joined Leo 'cause of her, and she did the same for me too. I still remember those funny moments where we imitate Paris Hilton & Nicole Richie. LOL. At one point, we sang the 'SANASA' song almost everyday in school. Mmm, those were the times :) Just want to thank you for always being there for me. And also congratulations on your award. Best president! Woooohooo. I'm really proud of you. I'm glad we made it to where we are today. And speaking from a president's point of view, you did a hell of a good job managing your club. And i'm not just saying this. Because i am one too, i understand. It takes more than just effort and time, it comes out from the heart. Your dedication is way beyond measure. 'Tho someday we might be worlds apart, know that in my heart, you'll always be my bestfriend, my crying shoulder, my buddy to rely on, and definitely my favourite person in the world. Okay. First of..my friggin' alarm didn't ring !

Thanks to Nicholas Chong Jun Liang for calling me early in the morning.

So i jumped out of bed. Showered and had some yoghurt.

Then JunShien came and pick me up around 915.

Took the volleys for Bobby then headed to my class stall.

Was supposed to meet Terence but he came late.

So, we walked around for a bit.

Met loadsa long lost friends thereee!

Gosh people do change alot.

For the better of course :)

Then saw Jeremy at the field.

Hung out in the library for a while.

Felt damn good being there man.

Woooh! i survived Open Day. Early morning mom texted me saying that she took my report card alr. I wasn't even awake yet. And i was pretty shock she didn't say anything. Then i started feeling super guilty. She didn't even scold me. I feel damn sad. At least if she lecture me i'd feel better. Cause i know i deserve it. :( But this time, she just handed me my report card and walk away. That hurts the most. Teacher must've said really bad stuff about me. :( Later in the afternoon, she told me she alr planned my birthday dinner. Tears just poured down on my cheeks. Then i went back to my room and started thinking to myself. She turned around and said, 'Study harder ok. Don't give up. Your teacher didn't say anything bad about you. In fact, she said all the good stuff about you.' I was shocked. Thank you, Pn Subbu. Sigh, I really gotta pull my socks up this time. No more fooling around. I'm sorry to disappoint you mom. So, we had our teacher's day celebration in school on the 29th of May, last friday. It was pretty good. Darren and I performed again like we did last year. Good times :) We sang No Boundaries this year. Our performance was around 11. So we headed to 14 with Szu Ern, Nehemiah and his friend to have breakfast before that. I got really tired of waiting cause the weather was crazy and everyone was hot and sweaty. And i don't mean like Megan Fox hot, but like stinky-and-smelly hot. But it was pretty interesting. We saw Puan Jihan, Zahara and Sherily wearing wigs and sorta like in Abba disguise. And i also saw Puan Pan and SMP dancing! Not a very pleasant sight. Oh, and Darren brought his oh-so-cool DSLR on that day. So the pichas are super clear :D Alrighteee, nuff said. Pictures! :)
